This information is provided as a convenience and is subject to change without notice. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by such Updates and Revisions regardless of whether or not you have reviewed them. We recommend that you periodically visit this page & all other pages to review and familiarize yourself with all Terms and Conditions.
INSURANCE/PACKAGING/SHIPPING:
All art prices quoted do not include; insurance, packaging or shipping. A separate charge is automatically calculated in our check out process for insurance, packaging and shipping to the zip code you have entered. Additional charges may be added for shipments out side of the continental United States.
ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE BETWEEN 1 TO 6 WEEKS, DEPENDING ON OUR WORKLOAD.
RECEIVING DAMAGED SHIPPING TUBES, FLAT CARDBOARD BOXES OR WOODEN CRATES:
Always inspect the shipping carton before you open it. If there is damage to the carton, carefully open the carton and check the artwork for damage. If the artwork is damaged, contact the shipper listed on the shipping label immediately, to arrange for an inspection.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
We carefully inspect each print before it is packaged; our liability is limited to only the replacement of the artwork for a defect in the print preparation. The defective print will have to be returned first, at our expense, before the replacement print is shipped.
RETURNS:
All fine art photographic prints are custom printed to order, the following return policy will apply: All fine art photographic prints are personally inspected prior to being shipped for defects. Customers may return any fine art photographic print for a refund for any reason within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided the artwork is shipped in the original packing materials, shipping costs to paid by customer, properly insured by the customer, and subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the customer wishes to upgrade the size of the artwork from the original size ordered, the customer must return the original order in the original packing, properly insured and returned in the original (unblemished) condition within 30 calendar days from receipt for a credit minus a 25% restocking fee (Insurance and Shipping paid by customer). In this case, the credit minus the restocking charge will be applied to the new order of the larger size.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
For all Prints.
We ship US Postal Service priority mail. Delivery is usually 2-3 business days, and they deliver to P.O. Boxes. Prints 11x14 or smaller are shipped flat packaged in a box or flat envelope. Larger prints are rolled in tissue and shipped in a commercial grade ( 4") mailing tube.
